    Build strength, flexibility, and calm in our warm and welcoming space in Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge, Ohio. Our heart-centered classes—including gentle yoga, restorative yoga nidra, chair yoga, strengthen & ground, and balance & flexibility—offer expertise to support & soothe the nervous system, and create space to reconnect with yourself.

  • Yoga Therapy

    If you’re feeling out of balance, dealing with pain, stress, or grief, healing from injury or surgery, or simply craving a deeper connection to your body, Yoga Therapy offers a personalized approach. Applying the inherently healing practices of yoga to your goals, you’ll gain tools to support your physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual well-being. This model of health is unique because it addresses every aspect of the individual’s life rather than considering body parts or systems separately.

  • Private Yoga Instruction

    Private yoga instruction sessions are for clients who would like to work one-on-one with a yoga instructor to tailor their practice to their specific needs or goals. This personalized approach can be very helpful for someone beginning a practice or returning after a period of absence, injury, or illness, or simply for someone who prefers individualized instruction.
