At The Heart Center, in addition to group yoga classes we also offer, private yoga instruction, and individualized yoga therapy / yoga therapeutics to meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey.
Private yoga instruction is ideal for those who want personalized guidance to develop or deepen their yoga practice. During a private session, your instructor will tailor each session to your experience level, goals, and interests, helping you build confidence and move safely at your own pace. Yoga Therapy / Yoga Therapeutics is a specialized, one-on-one therapeutic process with a trained yoga therapist or yoga practitioner with additional training in therapeutics. In those sessions she applies the principles and practices of yoga to address specific health goals. Through individualized movement, breathwork, meditation, and other evidence-based techniques, our providers work with you to support healing, improve function, and enhance overall well-being.

Polly Manke, Yoga Therapist IAYT
As Founder of The Heart Center and The Heart Center School of Yoga, Polly brings together yoga therapy, Reiki, and holistic coaching to support the whole person—body, mind, heart, and spirit. Her work is deeply rooted in nervous system regulation and helping clients build practical tools that foster resilience, confidence, and lasting well-being. Polly's compassionate, individualized approach creates a supportive space where clients can reconnect with their inner resources and move toward greater ease and vitality.

Jill Korsok, Yoga Therapist in training
Jill is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and an 800-hour Yoga Therapist in training who is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where every person feels seen and supported. She has a special interest in guiding people through life's transitions, combining mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation to cultivate resilience, emotional well-being, and inner balance. Jill believes yoga is truly for every body and meets each client with warmth, compassion, and encouragement.

Dawn Dole, Yoga Therapeutics Practitioner
Dawn specializes in yoga therapeutics that help people move with greater confidence, stability, and ease throughout the aging process. Drawing from both mat and chair-based practices, she emphasizes precise alignment and functional movement while integrating restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation. With more than seven years of teaching experience, Dawn is passionate about helping clients develop sustainable self-care practices that support lifelong mobility, strength, and independence.
